For healthy cuisine in the Turks and Caicos look no further than the COMO Shambhala menus, which use organic ingredients rich in living enzymes, vitamins and sea minerals. Salads, steamed and grilled foods all feature. Unprocessed honey replaces other sweeteners, and when fat is needed, olive oil stands in for butter. But  COMO Shambhala Cuisine is not about calorie counting, rather food is presented that optimizes nutrition while tasting delicious.

When it comes to Turks and Caicos private dining, the expert culinary staff can orchestrate gourmet meals in a host of romantic, exotic and adventurous locales. They can easily arrange an intimate dinner on the deck or verandah of your suite or villa. Enjoy a meal on a deserted beach, in a beachfront Tiki Hut or in the spa cottage. For families, the culinary staff can put together seaside barbecues or castaway-style picnics.
