Lotus has an easy-going style that belies the sophistication of its cuisine, securing its reputation as one of the top restaurants in the Turks and Caicos. At this al fresco poolside spot, guests come and go in beach gear, stopping in for light Caribbean-inflected lunchtime fare during the day, and contemporary Thai- and Japanese-inspired Asian dishes at night.

Note: During the summer season, we alternate between Terrace and Lotus for dinner service.
